Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: An active Adjuster Insurance License Customer service experience preferred, with a strong focus on empathy and conflict resolution Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely Logical problem-solving abilities, with a strong emphasis on analytical thinking and creative solutions Ability to type at least 25 wpm, with proficiency in using desktop computer systems and software applications Organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Education Requirements We require a High School Graduate or GED, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional development.Experience Requirements We prefer a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on customer-facing roles and conflict resolution.
