Key Responsibilities: Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers to customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries What You Bring to the Role To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values.
