Job SummaryAs a Healthcare Customer Service Expert - Phone Intake Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers seeking home healthcare services. You will be responsible for responding to high-volume calls, collecting clinical and demographic information, and entering it into our CareCentrix portal.This is a remote, full-time position with a competitive hourly rate and monthly bonus incentive opportunity.
