Job OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our internal clients, the branches, and external clients through inbound calls.You will assist with online services navigation, account inquiries and updates, PIN resets, card activations, account opening and maintenance, and other services. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills will enable you to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries and provide a superior customer-centric focus. Key Responsibilities:* Answer inbound calls from external clients and internal clients at the bank branches* Educate clients on account services and capabilities* Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to resolve customer inquiries efficiently* Possess a customer-centric focus with a proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer issues* Demonstrate basic computer troubleshooting skills* Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiencesRequirements:* Call center experience required; banking experience is desired* High school diploma required; College degree preferred* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy* Proficient in bolthires Office Suite* Windows 11 navigation skills* Citrix, Good for enterprise, or Active Directory is a plus* Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds.Internet should be connected via an Ethernet cable, not Wi-Fi. * Must be able to fully focus on work responsibilities during scheduled hours. Maintain a workspace free from noise and interruptions. * Ensure the security and confidentiality of information. Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all tasks.
