Responsibilities and DutiesAs a Chat Brand Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:* Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and brand with customers* Utilizing primarily TaylorMade golf equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations* Communicating with customers at a professional level, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience* Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches to provide accurate and up-to-date information* Comparing and analyzing competitor products to ensure blithequark's offerings remain competitive* Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once with ease and poiseSkills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:* 5+ years of golf experience, with a deep understanding of the game and its nuances* 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a proven track record of success* In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products, as well as similar products from other brands* Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products, from enthusiast to pro level* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online customer service toolsTaylorMade Golf: A Leader in Golf InnovationTaylorMade Golf is a pioneer in golf equipment innovation, dedicated to helping golfers improve their game.With a team of passionate individuals who live, breathe, and sleep golf, they're committed to creating the best, most technologically advanced, and highest-quality equipment for golfers worldwide.
