You will be the first point of contact for our members, and it will be your responsibility to provide them with superior customer service and support during stressful situations. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, responding to a high volume of emergency road service requests, and providing solutions to get our members back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.Key Responsibilities Respond to member requests for emergency road service in a call center environment Obtain information regarding the type of service required, including vehicle location, type of problem, and other relevant details Provide basic information regarding Emergency Road Service benefits in accordance with our Customer Interaction Model Perform geographical location spotting to determine potential service providers Communicate with contractors to provide information regarding member location, vehicle, type of problem, and other relevant details Enter data into our database and document all relevant details Notify members of estimated time of arrival and name of contractor Recognize, promote, and process membership sales opportunities Verify completed status of call and close out on system Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.You will need to be able to provide customers with service in a professional manner, de-escalate situations, and accurately input information into various fields using a PC keyboard. You will also need to be able to navigate through a PC and/or automated processing system, read and comprehend various customer care service tools, and perform mathematical calculations including adding, subtracting, percentages, and more.
