Job Description We're seeking experienced Full Stack Mechatronics Service Technicians to in the Karlsruhe/Pforzheim region. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for: * Repairing and maintaining machinery for post processing (franking machines, envelope machines, RISO printers) * Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of equipment * Installing new equipment at customer sites * Processing customer orders and documenting service work in SAP S4 Hana * Managing a territory in collaboration with three other Service Technicians * Traveling and occasionally overnight stays may be required * Collaborating closely with our sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities: * Conducting on-site repairs and maintenance of machinery * Performing routine maintenance and servicing of equipment * Installing new equipment at customer sites * Processing customer orders and documenting service work in SAP S4 Hana * Managing a territory in collaboration with three other Service Technicians * Traveling and occasionally overnight stays may be required * Collaborating closely with our sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications: * Technical education in mechatronics or a related field * Experience as a Service Technician in a field service role * Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrical, and network technology * Structured and organized approach to work * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in English is an advantage Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with SAP S4 Hana or similar ERP systems * Knowledge of post and parcel industry equipment and processes * Familiarity with RISO printers and other related equipment * Experience with customer service and support * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Benefits and Perks: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading global company in the post and parcel industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible working hours and work-life balance * Access to cutting-edge technology and equipment * Employee assistance program and external mentorship opportunities * Comprehensive training and onboarding program * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth If you're a motivated and experienced Service Technician looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
