The Role As a Verizon Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, helping local neighborhoods by offering Verizon's telecommunications products and services to increase their new customer acquisition and community outreach. You'll be responsible for creating and delivering amazing consumer experiences, whether it's getting answers quickly, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving their issues with a smile. Your hospitality will be the difference between their encounter being just average or an exceptional one.
