As a key member of our Global Equity and Incentive Plan Management team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll be responsible for:* Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans* Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching stock awards* Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting* Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders* Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities* Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations* Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation* Performing other equity plan management tasks as requestedQualifications & Requirements* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred* At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred* Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans is preferred* Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly* Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers* Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations* Functional Skills:+ Strong attention to detail+ Clear communication+ Data analysis+ Customer service focusWhat We'll Do For You* Be part of a diverse team of professionals who share your passion for making a difference* Work in a clearly global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures* Develop your skills and competencies through ongoing training and development opportunities* Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a $25/hour rate* Participate in a comprehensive benefits program, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time offBenefitsAt blithequark, we empower our employees to prioritize their development through building skills and taking on new experiences.We offer clarity on where you stand in the company through professional plans and conversations that put you in the driver's seat of your personal development.
