Job SummaryAs an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Business Intelligence and Analytics, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through data-driven insights.You will be responsible for extracting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Your findings will inform business decisions, drive process improvements, and enhance the overall patient experience. Key Responsibilities* Provide leadership and guidance to external vendors, contractors, colleagues, or matrixed staff to support ACA IFP Change Integrity drives* Drive the extraction, coding, and consolidation of data from various sources, identifying gaps while ensuring timely completion of the process* Serve as a business lead for system planning and testing new capabilities, as well as evaluating exercises related to vendor extraction of coding results and clinical record images, and other specialized projects* Drive change related to upgrades and system fixes, understanding interdependencies both cycle-wise and timing-wise to support business targets* Utilize your expertise and experience to derive insights from data, ensuring that information is accurate, complete, and timely* Support 1m IFP individuals by closely managing vendor data quality and usability, ensuring that data is ingested into Team to drive entries, and all Group approval errors are worked to ensure submission fulfillment* Analyze and understand advanced recovery to maximize results, and redo ACA reporting perspectives and effort director information required for daily tasks workRequired Capabilities* Experience with IT application development lifecycles and strategies* Ability to transform data into meaningful and actionable insights, affecting others through your work* Experience with SAS/SAS EG/Python/SQL server in data analysis and control* Attention to detail and scrupulousness in your work* Merchant management experience* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Experience reporting business processes, suggesting and implementing process improvements* Ability to perform testing capabilities* Participation in system planning* Ability to review the accuracy of reporting against source records/reports/data sets* Ability to conduct inspecting methodologiesPreferred Qualifications* Experience working with large datasets and data analytics tools* Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools* Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives* Certification in data analysis or business intelligence* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industryWork Environment and Company Cultureblithequark is a dynamic and innovative organization that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
