Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Full Stack Data Analyst on our Transportation Analytics team, you'll be responsible for:* Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and inform essential business decisions* Creating ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) or strategies that pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table* Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges* Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs* Partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems* Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition* Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues, as well as mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter ExpertEssential QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)* Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience)* Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root out business problems, ideally with a Supply Chain background and transportation experience* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionallyPreferred QualificationsWhile not required, advanced experience with SQL and Tableau, as well as experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations, would be a significant asset.Additionally, experience with Python or other scripting languages, as well as data manipulation tools like Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc., would be beneficial.
