Job SummaryAs a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations for our products and services. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience, meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving customer loyalty.
