About the Role As a Customer Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, assessing their needs, and providing service resolution. You will work closely with our team to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers, providing financial advice and mentorship to help them achieve their retirement goals. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our products and services, including 401(k), 403(b), 457, and 401(a) plans.
