ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients, doctors' offices, and private insurance carriers. Your key responsibilities will include:* Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers* Initiating payment plans for patients for outstanding balances* Routinely utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone* Maintaining performance goals* Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training programKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:* Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment* Attention to detail* Perform successfully in a team environment* Excellent organization skills* Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications* Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency* Excellent communication skillsRequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:* High School Diploma or equivalent* Remote work experience is a plus* Dedicated work-from-home space* Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity* Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plusTechnical RequirementsTo ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second* No satellite internet* Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord.Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port. Pay RangeThe pay range for this role is $15.25-$21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. Application WindowThe application window for this role closes on 10/2/2024. Shift and ScheduleThe shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST) which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5 pm (PST).
