Experienced Full Stack Chatbot LLM Engineer – Conversational AI Development and Implementation

Key Responsibilities: * Develop customized chatbots and voicebots for our customers, leveraging the latest LLM technologies and practices * Collaborate with our team to develop and implement chatbot solutions that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations * Define how desired processes can be implemented in dialog form and create the necessary content for the chatbot * Develop integrations with our customers' system landscape as needed, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange * Utilize prompt engineering to improve the bots' efficiency and accuracy, driving better user experiences and business outcomes * Work closely with our customers to understand their requirements and develop tailored chatbot solutions that meet their needs Essential Qualifications: * A successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification in a relevant field, such as computer science, software engineering, or a related field * Professional experience in software development or chatbot development, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications * Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in developing and deploying chatbot solutions * Experience with the latest LLM technologies and practices, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex problems in a systematic and methodical way * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with chatbot management platforms, such as blithequark's botario platform * Knowledge of agile methodologies and development practices, with experience in iterative and incremental development * Familiarity with cloud-based services and platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Experience with data analytics and
