Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve any client concerns or issues. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving client concerns. Fluent spoken and written German skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good English skills, for internal communication purposes. Proficiency in using standard bolthires tools, such as Drive, Sheets, and Docs. Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas.
