Job SummaryAs an Experienced Data Entry Processor for the Family Nutrition Program, you will be responsible for processing and entering data into our web-based reporting system (PEARS) and/or Qualtrics.You will work closely with the FNP Evaluation & Data team to ensure the accuracy and quality of our data, and will be responsible for identifying and documenting errors in report exports. This is a remote or hybrid remote/office position, with an expectation to attend recurring in-person meetings. Key Responsibilities* Enter FNP participant data into PEARS, including pre/post-tests from county-based FNP programming* Review evaluations for quality, track and assign evaluations, and document and refer errors to the counties to be resolved* Identify errors in report exports and solicit corrections via email communication during monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting periods* Perform other duties as assigned, including attending recurring in-person meetings* Almost 100% of the work is performed on a computerWork Schedule and Location* Normal work schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm* Work location:Our office is headquartered at UF's East Campus (Waldo Road), though this position may be eligible to be remote or hybrid remote/office* Remote work location should be proximal to Gainesville, with an expectation to attend recurring in-person meetingsCompensation and Benefits* Advertised salary: $17.00/hour + TEAMS benefits* The University of Florida offers highly competitive benefits and retirement options, generous leave plans, a health and wellness program that reflects its commitment to quality of life and quality of work, and many more competitive perks and rewardsMinimum Requirements* High school diploma or equivalent* Six months of clerical or customer-service experiencePreferred Qualifications* Detail oriented and understand process management* Strong computer skills, an excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook* Excellent communication and organizational skills* Able to effectively communicate procedures and provide training to colleagues* Excellent attendance history in past positions* Experience working in a remote or hybrid capacity, both independently and collaborativelyIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please upload a resume and a cover letter or statement of interest to our application portal.
