Job Summary: We're seeking an Experienced Data Entry Clerk to on the 3rd shift (11pm - 7am, Sunday - Thursday) at our Carlisle, PA distribution center. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system, generating and distributing production and incentive dollar reports to management and payroll, and analyzing system output to troubleshoot errors. Key Responsibilities: * Input time and production data for all DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors. * Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program. * Calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards. * Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll. * Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data. * File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage. * Perform other projects as assigned. Essential Functions: * Input time and production data for all DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems (65%). * Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15%). * Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10%). * File paperwork in accordance with established procedures (5%). * Perform other projects as assigned (5%).
