Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data into blithequark's systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Review and verify information before input to ensure accuracy and attention to detail. Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure consistency and accuracy, and to identify and resolve any data-related issues. Assist with the preparation and formatting of reports and documents as needed, using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, maintaining a high level of discretion and adherence to data protection policies. Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues or discrepancies, and to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Manage and maintain records and files in an organized manner, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information. Adhere to deadlines and ensure work is completed on time, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards. Perform other administrative duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or office administration preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, with strong typing skills and a minimum of 40 words per minute (WPM). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline in a remote work environment.
