ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for:* Processing incoming orders and returns with precision and accuracy* Preparing and sorting documents for data entry, ensuring timely completion of tasks* Reviewing and entering data updates in our systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency* Identifying and resolving discrepancies in data received, ensuring data accuracy and quality* Organizing monthly sales reporting, providing valuable insights to our team* Performing various office tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keepingKey Skills and QualificationsTo succeed as a Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, you will need:* Previous experience in data entry or related fields, with a strong understanding of data management principles* Excellent typing skills, with the ability to maintain high accuracy and speed* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously* Deadline and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results* Familiarity with bolthires Excel and other related tools, such as bolthires Suite or other productivity software* High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with experience in data entry or related fields* bolthires Excel experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience (preferred)Work Environment and Company CultureAs a remote employee at blithequark, you will enjoy a flexible and autonomous work environment, with the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home.Our team values work-life balance, and we offer a range of benefits to support your well-being and career growth.
