ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a clear, professional, and friendly manner. * Managing and responding to incoming chat conversations on our website, providing real-time support to customers. * Monitoring and responding to customer messages on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, bolthires, and more.* Handling website inquiries and email communications efficiently. * Providing accurate information about products, promotions, and company policies. * Resolving customer complaints, processing returns/exchanges, and escalating issues as necessary. * Utilizing the customer service platform, Gorgias, to manage and log all customer interactions and maintain detailed records (experience with Gorgias is a significant plus). * Staying informed about company updates, new products, and campaigns to provide customers with the most current information.* Collaborating with team members to identify and address common customer concerns, improving service and processes. QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:* A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience handling inquiries across multiple channels (phone, chat, social media, email). * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak and write clearly and effectively. * Proven ability to maintain a professional and empathetic tone in high-pressure situations.* Familiarity with Gorgias or similar customer service software is highly preferred. * Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. * Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting. * Tech-savvy, with proficiency in managing chat tools, social media platforms, and basic computer skills.
