Shifts and HoursAs a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll work Monday through Friday, with training hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST. Post-training, you'll be required to work an 8-hour shift between 8:30am and Midnight EST. Certifications* Customer Service:This role requires a strong background in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and resolving complex issues.Hybrid Working ModelAt blithequark, we offer a hybrid working model that blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. While working onsite is essential for our business strategy and culture, we also value the benefits of working offsite. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a blithequark office.
