Key Responsibilities* Provide fast, friendly, and personalized service to customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction and loyalty* Learn about products and services using our tools and training programs, and provide accurate information to customers* Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments* Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe* Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty* Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments* Participate in sales promotions, events, and activities to drive sales growth and customer engagement* Meet or exceed sales targets, customer satisfaction ratings, and other performance metrics* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide expert advice and recommendations to customersEssential Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required;
