Key Responsibilities Interface with customers via telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail to provide exceptional support and resolve customer issues. Research customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer inquiries.Elevate sensitive customer requests when necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Comply with State and Federal regulations and mandates, staying current on policies and procedures to support our customers and ensure compliance. Remain up-to-date on knowledge of diverse products and proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must have: High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or related field preferred).Availability for 9-12 weeks of live virtual training, with a schedule of 8:00am - 4:30pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday. Reliable internet service provider and a dedicated, distraction-free workplace. Preferred QualificationsThe strongest candidates for this position will also possess: Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: $39,520 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package (Health Benefits effective 1st of the month following start date).Full-time employment (40 hours per week) with a schedule that includes working any 8.5 hour shift between 7:30am-6:00pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday.
