Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Success & Project Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:* Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the rollout process, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout their journey with blithequark* Providing training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to ensure successful adoption of our technology* Coordinating implementation timelines with senior living communities and internal teams, ensuring timely and efficient deployment* Monitoring project progress, proactively addressing client concerns and roadblocks to ensure a smooth rollout process* Gathering feedback and relaying insights to internal teams for continuous improvement and refinement of our customer success approach* Ensuring customers are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for a seamless deployment, including training and support resources* Responding to inbound inquiries from potential customers and providing them with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions* Following up with existing customers to ensure they stay happy and engaged throughout their subscriptionQualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:* Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer support* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technology in a simple, approachable way* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks* Tech-savvy with experience working with technology platforms and systems* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results* Motivated to grow and excel in your role and responsibilities, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations* Flexible and willing to wear many hats, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team* Experience working with senior living communities is a plus, but not requiredWork Details &CompensationAs a freelance, part-time, flexible role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely with a flexible schedule that fits your needs.The compensation for this role is $20-30 per hour, based on experience, with the potential for growth and advancement within the company.
