Job SummaryAs a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.You will be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will be guided by our core values of empathy, kindness, and respect. This is a home-based remote position, and you will be expected to work independently, using your own equipment and internet connection to access our systems and communicate with customers. Key Responsibilities* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner* Provide accurate and helpful information about our healthcare plans, including coverage, benefits, and eligibility* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and compassionate manner* Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customersRequired Qualifications* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently in a home-based remote environment* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills* Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred* Must live within 150 miles of Nashville, USAPreferred Qualifications* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field* Strong knowledge of healthcare plans and benefits* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment* Excellent time management and organizational skills* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teamsBusiness OverviewAt blithequark, we're committed to creating a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and compassion.We believe that every individual has a unique perspective and contribution to make, and we strive to create an environment that is welcoming and inclusive for all.
