Key Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Owning renewals end-to-end and driving expansion by proactively managing customer relationships to secure renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Consistently scheduling and leading customer meetings to maintain engagement, uncover needs, and advance opportunities. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and experience: A minimum of three (3) years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing role in the pharma, SaaS, or life sciences industry. Strong commercial acumen with a track record in renewals, upsells, or account growth. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to operate with clarity in ambiguous, urgent, and high-stakes contexts. High energy, self-motivation, and discipline in a remote setting. Curiosity to deeply understand customer needs and how our products align. Comfort working across time zones and collaborating remotely. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
