About the Role As a Tier 2 Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to customers via phone, ticket, and chat. You will be the go-to person for resolving complex customer issues, providing product information, and ensuring that our clients' customers receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 level support to customers via phone, ticket, and chat, resolving complex issues and providing product information Utilize strong research skills to locate workflows and information in a knowledge base, ensuring accurate and efficient issue resolution Multitask across multiple platforms, including phones, chats, tickets, and Amazon, to provide seamless support Engage in direct, daily client interactions and feedback, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, share knowledge, and improve processes Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and product information Essential Qualifications Strong knowledge of firearms, including handguns and rifles (gun ownership a plus) Reliable and interested in a long-term commitment to the project (minimum 90 days) Ability to quickly pick up and follow established processes, with a strong focus on attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to locate and apply relevant information Ability to multitask across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on organization and time management Preferred Qualifications Experience with Zendesk (ZD) and DialPad (a plus, but not required) Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a Tier 2 or similar role Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to locate and apply relevant information Ability to multitask across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on organization and time management Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality of work Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
