Job Summary As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our clients and customers. You will be responsible for answering customer enquiries via phone and email, resolving complaints, and logging customer interactions in our database. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with your problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities * Answering customer enquiries via phone and email * Providing high-quality customer service and resolving complaints * Logging customer interactions in the company's database * Coordinating with other teams to resolve customer issues * Providing pre-works consultation to residents to explain upcoming works in their homes * Distributing clear and timely correspondence to residents before work commences * Conducting group and individual consultation events regarding future works * Sharing and implementing the client's engagement strategy * Delivering a tailored communication plan to residents for the duration of the works * Collecting resident feedback and satisfaction data in line with client and company requirements * Uploading and sharing feedback through the appropriate systems and to relevant stakeholders * Ensuring all communication meets the expectations of residents, clients, and other stakeholders * Where necessary, issuing and collecting resident satisfaction surveys Profile To succeed in this role, you will need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving abilities * Proficiency in using computer systems and databases * Ability to work well in a team * Strong attention to detail * Proven experience in a similar role Job Offer We offer: * An estimated hourly salary between £12.50 and £13.20 * Remote working opportunities * A positive and inclusive company culture * Long-term opportunity for growth and development What We Offer At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development. As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative, you will be working 16 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and weekdays. You will also be required to attend training sessions from 5 pm to 8 pm, Monday to Friday, which will be conducted remotely.
