Job Summary As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing adoption of our cloud solutions, fulfilling our customers' desired business outcomes, and building lasting relationships with our construction-portfolio customers. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and retention for our construction solutions, while providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute customized success plans to meet the unique needs and goals of our construction-portfolio customers * Conduct regular business reviews and health checks to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and improvement * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business outcomes * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution * Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives * Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance customer adoption and proficiency with our cloud solutions * Identify and escalate customer issues to internal teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our construction-portfolio customers' business needs, goals, and pain points * Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies and initiatives * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our customers receive the most effective solutions and support Requirements * At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, Business-to-Business role, preferably in the construction or technology industries * 3-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or engineering * Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction * Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans * Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and experience with cloud-based solutions and platforms * Ability to travel up to 35% of the time, with access to blithequark offices and remote work options Benefits * Significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, with opportunities to earn commissions and stock or long-term incentive cash grants * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the construction industry, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and success * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences * Professional development opportunities, including training programs, workshops, and conferences, to enhance your skills and knowledge * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and flexible hours, to support your work-life balance What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to creating a workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
