As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our Scheduling Department, working remotely in an evening support role.About the Role As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences, providing support to our dedicated clients and interpreters. Your primary focus will be on handling and resolving email requests, answering calls, and managing inbound interpreter inquiries, all while maintaining accurate database information and meeting service level agreements. If you possess excellent administrative skills, including efficient time management, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities Handle and resolve email requests from dedicated clients and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Assist in answering client and interpreter calls, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Efficiently input data and maintain accurate database information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards. Manage all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and secure interpreters to cover appointments, meeting both blithequark and client service levels.Manage all appointments for a dedicated client, ensuring that service level agreements are met and exceeded. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes: 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to thrive in a demanding and dynamic setting. Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality. Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients. Organized and motivated, with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with familiarity with other web-based applications.Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and attributes are highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Familiarity with language access services or the healthcare industry, with a understanding of the importance of cultural sensitivity and diversity.
