Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 4+ years of progressive call center experience with a focus on customer service, preferably in a Fortune 500 call center environment. A Bachelor's degree preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered. Familiarity with contact center systems such as Ring Central or Matterhorn, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment, with the ability to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks effectively. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with consumers in both languages.
