You will utilize standard technology such as telephones, email, and web browsers to navigate through pre-scripted responses and provide basic general and claims-specific information to our customers.Key Responsibilities: Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers. Practice active listening, be empathic, and communicate clearly with customers in a positive and professional manner. Assist callers with filling out their applications and submitting them electronically for processing. Complete basic call logs, documentation, and related call details for each phone inquiry. Navigate various systems and browsers efficiently. Maintain excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers.Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: A High School diploma or equivalent. The ability to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently. A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
