Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focusedRemote Customer Service Representative to in Kentucky.As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions, and going above and beyond to "wow" our customers. Key Responsibilities Engage Directly with Pharmacy Customers : You'll be the primary point of contact for customers who contact blithequark for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Research and Problem-Solve : You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues.Provide Exceptional Customer Service : You'll go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically and providing solutions that meet their needs while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1-2 Years of Experience in a Customer-Focused Environment : You'll have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Communication Skills : You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and provide solutions.Ability to Multi-Task and Think Critically : You'll be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and think critically to resolve complex issues. Flexibility to Shift Schedule and Work Overtime as Needed : You'll be able to adapt to changing schedules and work overtime as needed to meet business demands. Must be Able to Pass Background Check for KY Rx Tech License : You'll need to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license, which is required for this role. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: Experience Working in a Call Center or Customer Service Environment : You'll have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a call center or customer service environment.Knowledge of Pharmacy Operations and Regulations : You'll have a basic understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations, including HIPAA and KY Rx Tech laws.
