Develop industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.60 days in: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities, fostering strong relationships and trust. Navigate our order queue, determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely order fulfillment. 90 days in: Play an active role in continued learning, advancing your skill sets to achieve individual and team goals.Manage inbound seller calls, addressing a wide range of questions, and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers. Work Environment and ScheduleOur office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid work model that combines the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Here's what you can expect: Training period:The first four weeks of employment will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, for comprehensive training, which is paid and takes place in our office.Hybrid schedule: After the training period, you will work three days in the office and two days from home, with flexible hours to accommodate your needs. Hours:Your schedule will be either 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with Tuesday and Wednesday off, or 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with Wednesday and Thursday off.
