Key Responsibilities:• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, ensuring that issues are resolved to their satisfaction• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery routes, shipments, and logistics operations• Monitor progress of delivery routes, ensuring that our customers' expectations are met• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders, adapting to changing customer needs and priorities• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance• Recognize and resolve documentation errors, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing and invoicing questions• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billingAbout blithequark:blithequark is a top-tier global provider of transportation services, with a highly integrated network of people, technology, and physical assets.We're committed to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our values.
