As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to customers, ensuring that each interaction is handled with the utmost respect, patience, and professionalism.Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing clear, concise, and accurate information to address their concerns and resolve issues promptly. Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions to facilitate follow-up actions and continuous improvement. Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and expectations, utilizing this insight to tailor support services and enhance the overall customer experience.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving. Schedule and TrainingThe schedule for this role includes working hours from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Initially, you will undergo comprehensive training from Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, for approximately the first two weeks. Please note that rotating holidays may be required as part of your schedule. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must be a resident of New York State.Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively. Proficiency in documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on quality, empathy, and customer satisfaction.
