Preferred QualificationsWhile not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:* Bachelor's degree in a related field: You will need to have a strong foundation in communication, business, or a related field.* Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment: You will need to have experience working in a high-energy environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Certification in customer service or a related field: You will need to have a recognized certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
