With a strong focus on user satisfaction and a commitment to making a positive impact, we are now seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our distributed team.About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and technically adept individual to fill a part-time customer support position. As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely and effective assistance, contributing to the overall success of our web application. This is a unique opportunity for someone seeking a flexible, part-time role that aligns with their lifestyle and values. Key Responsibilities Answer customer emails in a thorough and professional manner, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely fashion.Reproduce bugs and document issues for our development team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our web application. Report on customer feedback and usability problems, providing valuable insights that inform product enhancements and customer experience strategies. Check emails twice daily, Monday through Friday, for approximately 30 minutes each time, to ensure prompt response to customer inquiries. Occasionally receive and handle phone calls from customers, estimated at about one to two calls per month.Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent technical skills, with the ability to understand and navigate our web application with ease. Native English proficiency, as you will be communicating with customers primarily through email and occasional phone calls. Residence in North or South America, to ensure alignment with our customer base and operational requirements. A flexible and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently in a remote setting and managing your time effectively to meet the part-time schedule demands.Empathy and a customer-centric mindset, with a genuine interest in helping customers solve problems and a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Prior experience in customer support, particularly in a technical or software-related field. Familiarity with web applications and their functionality. Basic understanding of bug reporting and reproduction processes.
