Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Providing top-notch service to every customer, ensuring that they have a positive experience in our store. Cross-selling items to complement the customer's purchase, as well as highlighting current marketing promotions to drive sales and revenue.Assisting in maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping, to ensure that our store is always clean and welcoming. Stocking shelves and coolers and assisting with receiving deliveries to the store, to ensure that our inventory is always up to date and that our customers have access to the products they need. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A can-do attitude and customer service-driven personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.6 months to 1 year of prior customer service experience, with cash handling experience being a plus. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our store is always staffed. A results-driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The ability to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates, to ensure that you are compliant with all relevant regulations and laws.Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
