About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative and Associate Client Support Consultant to in a hybrid work environment.As a key member of our client support team, you will play a vital role in resolving client challenges, answering questions, and providing training on our technology solutions. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. With a focus on building rapport, establishing trust, and demonstrating professionalism, you will be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values in every interaction.
