About the Role We are offering a unique opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to take on a leadership role within our customer service team.As an Online Chat Representative/Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering excellent service standards and advice on their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop account plans to enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service standards and advice on their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues Work closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues and ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery Perform root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels, and work with various stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement Develop account plans to enhance service delivery and ensure strong customer satisfaction Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient way Escalate customer feedback as required, and work with various internal teams to ensure that client concerns are addressed and resolved Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive business results Ideal Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you will have at least 1 year of experience within a client services or customer service role, ideally within the accounting industry, asset management, or telecommunications industry.You will possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to work with numerical data. You will be a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders, and a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
