Key Responsibilities Interact with domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting customers as they begin and end their journey, and doing it with a smile. Provide a positive, professional, confident, and insightful service to help resolve customer travel issues and make their experience memorable.Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, especially when we've inconvenienced a customer. Work daily with a safety mentality by ensuring we keep ourselves and each other to the highest standards. Navigate challenges by being consistent but adaptable, retaining composure, and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally. Collaborate with others, assist your colleagues, and support them in achieving success with new processes and technologies.Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum of 18 years old. Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies. Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage. Potential to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging. Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. Knowledge of airline operations and procedures. Fluency in multiple languages.
