The Opportunity:As a valued member of the blithequark team, you will play a critical role in managing transactions and relationships with our esteemed sellers and customers who have placed orders through our exchange.Your primary responsibility will be to respond to a wide range of event and order-related questions via phone and email, ensuring that we consistently provide elite service to both our sellers and customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving issues, navigating complex order queues, and providing real-time assistance to our customers. Your Role Expectations:As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your role expectations will evolve significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days.Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:### 30 Days In:* Complete new hire orientation and gain a deep understanding of how blithequark operates and the live event industry. * Learn about ticket marketplaces and your role in providing exceptional experiences for our customers. * Develop industry knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find effective solutions. ### 60 Days In:* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.* Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, extending beyond traditional customer service responsibilities. * Navigate order queues and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance. ### 90 Days In:* Play an active role in continued learnings to advance your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. * Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers. Work Environment and Schedule:Our Coppell, TX office is a dynamic and collaborative environment where you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals. Your work schedule will be as follows:* The first 4 weeks of employment will be Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, for training. Training is paid and all in-office.* Hybrid model, not fully remote. 3 days in-office and 2 days at home. * Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off. Compensation andBenefits:As a valued member of the blithequark team, you can expect:* A competitive base salary of $40,000 with overtime eligibility. * Bi-annual bonuses and an annual equity grant. * Eligibility for overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 per week.
