ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Consultant on the bolthires Answer Team, you will be responsible for:* Responding to client service requests and issues in a call center environment, utilizing your exceptional customer service skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively.* Delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on initial client communication. * Providing support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration, leveraging your problem-solving skills to address complex issues. * Demonstrating a strong client-facing orientation and exceptional customer service skills in all interactions with clients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.* Utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively, developing technical acumen to aid in resolving more complex issues. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:* A High School Diploma or GED equivalent. * Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. * Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies, with a strong understanding of technical acumen. * A strong client-facing orientation and exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to develop technical acumen.* Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve complex issues effectively. Nice-to-HavesWhile not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:* Experience in health care or a related field. * Knowledge of bolthires's products and services. * Certification in customer service or a related field. * Experience with process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies.
