Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As a Cargo Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their cargo is handled efficiently and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise Coordinating the transportation of cargo, including receiving, processing, and shipping freight Ensuring that all cargo is handled safely and securely, in accordance with blithequark's policies and procedures Working collaboratively with other teams, including operations, customer service, and sales, to ensure that cargo is transported efficiently and effectively Maintaining accurate records and reports, including cargo manifests, shipping documents, and inventory records Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of the air cargo industry Internal Movement Eligibility Internal employees at blithequark must meet certain eligibility requirements before applying for this position.
