As the face of blithequark, you will deliver superior service to our premium customers, acting as an ambassador of our brand. You will be part of a cohesive team that excites our customers and delivers on our brand promise. Your passion for delivering extraordinary service will make you an essential part of our customers' experiences, deepening their relationship with blithequark.Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our customers upon arrival at reception, ensuring a warm and personalized experience Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, being accountable for their satisfaction and loyalty Create innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, employing the Customer First philosophy to meet their needs and expectations Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultations, and minimal reservation assistance to enhance our customers' experiences Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our customers, ensuring seamless and exceptional service Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive team environment, relying on each other to deliver outstanding customer experiences Qualifications A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers, with a passion for delivering proactive solutions Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, with travel reservation experience being a plus Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction and offer confident recommendations Ability to listen to customers' needs, understand their expectations, and provide tailored solutions to exceed their satisfaction Must exhibit utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the customer's experience in all situations Must be resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment Ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, adapting to an ever-changing environment and being resilient Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with light to moderate lifting required for certain job tasks Essential Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and resilient approach to work Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectationsCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our colleagues.You will have access to a range of career development opportunities, including training programs, mentorship, and coaching.
