You will be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You will also assist customers with questions, resolve issues, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. If you are a customer-focused individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery Assist customers with questions and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, such as opening and closing the site Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders Receive truck deliveries and manage inventory Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around Go up and down stairs (where applicable) Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m.and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week What it's Like at blithequark Locker+ LocationsOur blithequark Locker+ locations are designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and convenient shopping experience for our customers.
