As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised, and that we put smiles on their faces.Job Overview As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing in-station, real-time, hands-on support to our customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience, and you will achieve this by communicating with them directly, empathizing with their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. You will be the face of blithequark, and your actions will directly impact our customers' perception of our brand.Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email, to provide support and resolve issues Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner Uphold blithequark's values and respect every customer, providing a positive and professional experience Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the outcome Clearly understand and respond appropriately to the issues that customers present, using your knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and helpful solutions Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues, ensuring that all communication is professional and effective Approach problems logically and with good judgment, ensuring that the appropriate customer outcome is achieved Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, using your expertise and knowledge to provide the best possible solution Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School or equivalent diploma, as well as previous experience in Customer Service.You should be able to effectively prioritize your work time to ensure efficiency, and you should be familiar with Windows Operating Systems and bolthires Outlook. Additionally, you should have experience with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, as well as a range of perks and benefits. Our base pay for this position ranges from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $62,400/year in our highest geographic market.
