ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.* Updating and Maintaining Records: Ensure that all records are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible, providing a seamless experience for our clients and internal stakeholders. * Operating Office Equipment: Proficiently operate a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers, to support the smooth operation of our office. * Communicating with Clients: Provide exceptional customer service through clear, concise, and timely communication, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.* Scheduling Appointments: Effectively schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders. QualificationsTo excel in this role, you will possess:* Great Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. * Experience with Computers and Software: Proficiency in using computers and software, including bolthires Office, with a strong understanding of basic standard office equipment.* QuickBooks Knowledge: Familiarity with QuickBooks, with the ability to learn and adapt to our specific system. * Typing Speed: A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency. * High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic math and computer skills. * Teamwork and Collaboration:The ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management, to achieve common goals and objectives.Job Type and ScheduleThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour shift. Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.50 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
